Where is my order coming from?
All orders are fulfilled directly by us, not by any third party companies. Our warehouse is located in the metro Atlanta area, just north of the city.

How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless specifically agreed otherwise in advance.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight, size, and the destination of the shipment.

When will my order ship?
We typically ship same day for orders received by noon, and next business day for orders received after noon. If we ever have low stock and are unable to meet this schedule, we will call you so that you can decide how, or if, you want to proceed.

How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number when your order ships.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
For eastern and central time zones, you should receive your hitch within 3 business days. Allow 5 business days if you are on the west coast, and 6-to-8 business days for deliveries to Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What if I receive a damaged part?
If you receive a damaged part, please call us immediately. We will promptly ship out a replacement part. Photographs of the damage are extremely helpful to us when we begin the claims process with our shipping carrier, so if you could help us with that we would be grateful.

What if I receive an incorrect part?
If you receive an incorrect part, please call us immediately. So far, we have never shipped the wrong hitch to a customer, but we are human so it could happen despite the safeguards we have in place. If so, we will make it right. We will issue a pick up order to FedEx and, at the same time, we will expedite shipment of the correct hitch to you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Any orders shipped to an address within the state of Georgia are subject to a sales tax rate of 6%. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy. All parts must be returned in their original packaging. Parts that have been installed and special-order parts are not returnable. For more information on how to initiate a return, please give us a call.
